Migrating Windows 2012 from Xen Server to ESXi?…

I am using the VMWare Standalone Converter to attempt to migrate VMs over to ESXi 6.0. The linux VMs I did worked great, no issues. The same can’t be said for Windows Server 2012. The VMs migrate over but when they boot I am stuck on a couple of issues.
