In this nano session Brian Wuchner, Staff TAM, shows how to deploy the TAM Data Manager (TDM) appliance and add your vCenters and lastly how to export that data back to your TAM. If you are a new TAM customer you will be asked to do this and then be given back a deliverable about your environment.
