This click-through demo shows the performance and capacity consumption differences between vSAN’s original storage architecture (2-tier) and vSAN Express Storage Architecture (ESA) running the same workload on the same hardware. The demo concludes by showing how snapshots have a minimal impact on performance–even with 10 snapshots on every virtual machine.
